This is an innovative project about Women and Equality in the workplace.
This is a development project which will work with a group of 20 young women (aged 18 to 24) to research role models who are working part time or family friendly working hours after maternity leave or just managing a work-life balance namely in senior part time roles.
This project will produce a website toolkit based on interviews, case studies and tips for employees but also tips for employers on improving staff retention, benefits of providing quality part time senior roles for employees and evidence based case studies.
This project targets specifically Black & Minority Ethnic (BME) communities.
