Bullying & Children's Voices Project
This project had four aims and achieved:

Bullying - to produce a Bullying booklet written by children for other children in the Borough about how to tackle bullying and what support exists for children going through bullying. Workshops were undertaken to raise the profile and get children to contribute to the booklet. Download the publication. |
Healthy Living/ Eating - a series of workshops both informative and practical about the various aspects of healthy eating choices available to children and actually doing a series of healthy eating taster practical workshops!
Road Safety - innovative and creative ways in which to get children to think about Road Safety in their day to day life. Through a series of posters and informative quizzes this workshop has produced a tremendous amount of awareness amongst the children!
Children's Charter - the Children wanted to raise the awareness of issues that are affecting them on a day to day basis in the Borough, therefore the children contributed to a Children's Charter.
