With over 10 years' experience in the voluntary youth sector, both in the UK and internationally; Amar provides overall strategic management for Youth Action. Hobbies include badminton, reading and listening to a wide range of music.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Amir Akber

Amir leads on our Engagement Team; working with young people to equip them with the skills to become effective leaders and community players for the future.  Hobbies include keeping fit, socialising with friends and meeting new people.

OFFICE MANAGER & PA to CEO - Samina Saddique

Samina is involved in a range of administrative tasks at our HQ and is PA to the Chief Executive.  Hobbies include listening to music, shopping, meeting new people and spending time with family.

FINANCE & PERSONNEL OFFICER - Ann Dugdale

Ann provides efficient finance and personnel support to the organisation. Hobbies include golf and reading.

DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - Usman Ali

Usman is our lead on youth engagement delivery, training course provision and our strategy on listening to our members on a regular basis, as we are a user-led organisation.  A keen artist and always keen to learn new skills.

PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICER - Patricia Haworth

Patricia supports our work on youth engagement, training course provision and our strategy on listening to our members on a regular basis.  Hobbies include art, digital art and photography.

OFFICE JUNIOR - Ume Khan

Ume manages the Youth Action office and is involved in a range of administrative tasks at our base.  Hobbies include listening to music, shopping and spending time with friends.

PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICER - Razia Patel

Razia supports our work on youth engagement, training course provision and our strategy on listening to our members on a regular basis, as we are a user-led organisation.  Hobbies include reading and spending time with friends.

COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - Pavel Szylobryt

Pavel is involved in the marketing and promotional work for Youth Action.  Hobbies include playing guitar, reading, photography and keeping fit.
